H&H Builders has been in business since 1976, run as a family company that puts personalized service first. Integrity, honesty, a strong work ethic and standing behind our work are how we operate.

Our experienced core staff supports large-scale projects and offers 24-hour emergency service. Our commercial clients include financial institutions, retailers, food service, building owners and managers, tenants, health-care facilities and colleges.

Pre-Construction Planning

The foundation of a successful project. We serve the Owner and the Architect as a reliable source of current, complete and accurate information, helping the team balance schedule, cost and quality, including initial investment and life-cycle cost. General Contracting

Traditional design-bid-build delivery from a true builder. We provide hard bids on select projects, including invitation-only opportunities that require prequalification, and our trade relationships and market knowledge keep pricing competitive. Best suited to straightforward projects with few changes, strict procurement rules requiring lump-sum bids, and owners who want a simple contract with traditional checks and balances between architect and builder.

Design – Build

We work with architectural and engineering partners, our estimating staff and our construction professionals to design within your needs and budget. One party is accountable for the project, and cost and schedule can be defined early.

Construction Management

Management techniques applied from planning and design through completion to control time, cost and quality, built on openness, clear communication and accountability. It is the best of both worlds: professional construction management with the capabilities of a general contractor, and we take full responsibility for trade contractors.

Our estimators work with superintendents and project managers to turn construction documents into clear, detailed bid scopes, reducing scope creep and gaps between trades. Custom proposals available on request.
